Meet Our Team

Meet our Executive director Miss Harley. Miss Harley has her level three in early childhood education. She started with the Sundre Daycare Centre in November 2022. She has over eight years of experience in the field of early childhood education! 

In her spare time Miss Harley enjoys baking and hanging with her cat Gary.

Meet Miss Soleil our Assistant executive Director. Miss Soleil has been with our centre since March of 2019, she currently has her level on in early childhood education and is pursuing her level two. 

In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, volunteering around the community, camping and playing board games. 

Meet Miss Jacqueline, one of our Toddler educators. Miss Jacqueline has her level three in Early Childhood Education, in addition to her certification in the human services foundation. She started with the Sundre Daycare Center in February 2023. She has over 20 years of experience in childcare! Working with children has always been a passion of hers ever since becoming an aunt at the age of 10.

Miss. Jacqueline moved to Sundre with her husband and two daughters from Ontario in July of 2022, they've been busy getting to know the area with camping and hikes with her two dogs.

Meet one of our toddler educators Miss Brooklyn, she has her level one in early childhood education. Miss Brooklyn has been with the SDC since October of 2012. She strives to provide the best quality of care for our little ones. She loves finding new fun exiting ways to interact and teach our toddler aged kiddos! 

Meet one of our Preschool educators Miss Sarah, 

Meet one of our preschool teachers Mr. Markus, he has his level one in early childhood education. Mr. Markus has been with the SDC since 2016. He is full of energy and you can find him playing on the park or having crazy dance parties sin the classroom. 

In his spare time Mr. Markus enjoys spending time with his family hiking and playing board games. 

Meet Our Out Of School Care instructor Mr. Bailey , he has his level one in Early Childhood Education. Mr. Bailey has been with SDC since October of 2021. 

Meet one of our part-time educators Miss Holly, she currently has her level one in early childhood education  and is pursing her level two. Miss Holly enjoys spending time in all our programs and working with children is something she has grown to love. She is so exited to continue to grown and have new experiences working with kiddos. 

Meet our KinderCare educator Miss Ashley, her philosophy comes from a quote she has seen on an office wall, from author Brooke Hampton " Speak to children as if they are the wisest, kindest, most beautiful and magical humans on earth. For what they believe is what they will become". It was one of the quotes that snuck into her heart and it has been the essence of how she is with her own children as well as those she teaches. When Miss Ashley is not working she is exploring the great outdoors with her husband and two young boys. You'll most likely find her camping on the weekends no matter the weather. she is very passionate about inclusion for all ages and is an advocate for autism/spectrum awareness.
