Hello! My name is Leah and I am the Program Director! I graduated from Mount Royal University in 2013 with my Bachelor of Child Studies degree, Level 3 certification and my Children's Mental Health Certification. With more than 8 years experience working with children, I truly believe that children learn through play. This helps them make connections in all aspects of the world around them and teaches them to be unique, active members of society! I also strive to make (and have) an open and positive relationship with all the staff and families we serve.
So if you're looking for care for your kids- I would love to meet you!

Hi, my name is Rebekah. I grew up in Sundre. After I graduated high school in 2009 I began working in private child care. This convinced me that working with children can prove to be very rewarding, so I started here at SDC in October 2010. I then received my Child Development Assistant certification in
December 2010. I can’t imagine myself working in any other field. I love my job and enjoy working with such great children and staff every day!
From Management: Ms. Bekah is absolutely amazing with our little ones (her group is the Infant/Toddler group) The activities that she plans with them show exactly how in tune she is with their needs, likes and wants! All of our littles LOVE her and she is a true asset to our team!

Hi my name is Shyanna. From a young age I have always been drawn to babies and toddlers. While all the other kids my age were playing at the park, I'd stay home to help with the babies, and I'd always offer to babysit. I always knew I wanted to work with children! I love my job!
From Management: Shyanna's caring and positive personality make her a huge hit with all the kiddos at the daycare! Her endless patience with the little ones is truly remarkable. The kids like Miss Shyanna as much as she likes them!
